The evening gala in Berlin provided the perfect setting for the award ceremony, at which ABRAMS was able to assert itself against well-known corporations. With the CiMi.CON Award, outstanding and extraordinary projects are honored annually by the organizer we.CONECT.

"Winning the renowned CiMi.CON Award directly at our first participation in the conference is a special distinction and honor for us," emphasizes Dr. Jürgen Abrams, founder of the ABRAMS Group. "In particular, the fact that this is an audience award of the congress participants shows us that with our Business Intelligence solution, which makes international trade flows visible, we have built up a particularly valuable instrument for strategic decisions of companies".

The expert jury consisting of Paul Santilli (WW OEM Industry Intelligence & Strategy, Hewlett Packard), Christina Sterenborg (Head of Strategic Intelligence, Deutsche Telekom), Jim Xu (Executive Director, Merck) and Jennifer Cummins (Director of Market Research, Vifor Pharma Group) initially nominated five companies from the pool of applicants: in addition to ABRAMS, these were AkzoNobel, Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte, Lamb Weston Meijer and Philips Healthcare.

During the gala evening, all nominated companies were introduced, their representatives presented their projects and were rated by all guests during a live voting:

1st place: ABRAMS
2nd place: Lamb Weston Meijer
3rd place: Philips Healthcare

"All the companies presented extraordinary projects and deserved to be awarded 1st place," says Jürgen Abrams. "Our thanks therefore go to the expert jury for the nomination and, of course, in particular to the congress participants for their votes, which helped us to achieve 1st place.”
